FlagStudio v2
-------------
GTA3, GTAVC and GTASA all use a "handling.CFG" file to apply settings to each car. One of these settings is a group of hexadecimal characters which represent yes/no options.

These options are used to apply or deny special features to vehicles. FlagStudio allows you to see which features are being used by existing flag setups as well as create your own, new flag setups.

Instructions
------------
To read an existing set of flags:-
1. Copy the flag data from the handling setup.
2. Open FlagStudio2 and use the "View" menu to select the game edition the flags are for.
3. Paste the flag data into the "Completed Flag Data" field.
4. Press the "Apply" button. The corresponding "Flag Data" items will not be ticked so you can see which features are used.

To create your own set of flags:-
1. Open FlagStudio2 and use the "View" menu to select the game edition the flags are for.
2. Tick the features in the "Flag Data" list that you want to use.
3. As you tick each option, the "Completed Flag Data" textbox updates.
4. When you have finished selecting the features you want to use, copy the "Completed Flag Data" and paste it where needed.

The "handling.CFG" file for each edition of GTA can be opened using "Notepad" and I recommend selecting "Always open with this program" to make editing handling easier.

Whenever you highlight an item in the "Flag Data" list, the "Flag Description" updates.

Use the "Help > About" menu to see exactly where each type of flag goes in the "handling.CFG" file for each edition. GTASA has two sets of flags which must be used seperately.

The FlagStudio2 interface can be resized in all directions from almost zero to fully maximised.

Distribution
------------
Please do not put anything I make on your site, just put a link to the page on my site where you found it. This is so that I can update what I have made to make it better and your site will not still have the old versions.
